By accessing or using CreditReady by Brycen (“CreditReady,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at creditreadytx.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CreditReady by Brycen is an educational readiness platform. We provide consumers with a CreditReady Score and personalized guidance based solely on information they self-report. This service is designed to help consumers understand factors that lenders commonly consider when evaluating financing applications.

CreditReady is not a lender, bank, credit bureau, credit repair organization, financial advisor, or law firm. We do not pull your credit report, perform hard inquiries, or make lending decisions.

All content, scores, assessments, reports, and action plans provided by CreditReady are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or credit advice.

CreditReady does not guarantee any specific credit score increase, loan approval, particular loan terms, or the removal of negative items from your credit report. Results depend on your individual circumstances, the accuracy of the information you provide, and decisions made by third-party lenders.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this service. By using CreditReady, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our assessment tools.
• Use the service only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any portion of the service.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Paid reports and action plans are delivered digitally upon purchase. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.

Because reports are generated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including text, scores, methodologies, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to CreditReady by Brycen. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or complete. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreditReady by Brycen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, denial of credit, or financial loss, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our service may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
