If you don’t find your report actionable and valuable, email us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
1. Our 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
CreditReady by Brycen stands behind the quality and usefulness of its reports and action plans. If you purchase a Readiness Report or a Report + 90-Day Plan and do not find it actionable or valuable, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your original purchase.
To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email us at creditreadytx@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
2. General Refund Policy
Because CreditReady reports and action plans are digital products generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final after the 24-hour satisfaction window has passed, except as required by applicable law.
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the readiness category result (the assessment reflects the information you provided).
- Decisions not to pursue financing after receiving your report.
- Outcomes with lenders unrelated to the accuracy of our educational analysis.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at creditreadytx@gmail.com with:
- The email address used to purchase.
- The date of purchase.
- A brief description of your concern (this helps us improve the product).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in additional processing fees that harm small businesses. We will work with you promptly to resolve any legitimate concerns.
